Now I have a pretty good idea of what I want to acheive with Rusdens the next (and probably biggest) hurdle is in the execution.
I remember reading in the beermat enterpreneur that a mentor is worth their weight in gold and I think that getting some quality mentor’s involved is where I need to be spending my time in the next few weeks/months.
I am currently working on a pitch, that is 3 to 4 page summary to give to potential adivsors which is proving quite a useful excercise in summarising what I’m trying to do.
I imagine a number of ways potential mentors/advisors can be involved :
Short-form advice on specific topics - Twitter seems to be a good way of asking specific questions which I am keen on exploring.
Monthly/Fornightly mastermind group - either online chat/teleconference or meet-up to discuss weekly objectives and progress. I would really like to develop this idea
Any other ideas/suggestion?
